Our services are offered on a fixed fee basis for matters which are undefended, based on Part 45 of the Civil Procedure Rules and on reasonable hourly rate for those that are defended, based on the guideline rates for
summery assessment published by HM Court Service. Therefore, the client pays what the courts have already pre-approved for costs, assuming the client's claim is completely successful.
We also act as a solicitor agent for other practices and agencies, attending County Courts on the midlands circuit for routine debt recovery matters on a fixed fee basis.
